Return Policy
Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost involved in returning the products and shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Custom made straps are NON-RETURNABLE.
Buyer must notify Ratchet Straps USA of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days of product delivery.
Buyer is responsible for the following:
- Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged products
- Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete
- Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged products
- UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS & FedEx, not by Ratchet Straps USA. We do our best to help you track your product once it leaves our location.
B.S. – Break Strengths are based on the load a component will withstand before failing
W.L.L. – Working Load Limit is 1/3 the break strength of the weakest part of the assembly
W.L.L. – Working Load Limit is 1/3 the break strength of the weakest part of the assembly
