In light of recent health concerns, I wanted to assure you that the well-being and health of our associates, our customers, and our communities is our top priority at Ratchet Straps USA.
Like many of our customers and vendors, we are closely following updates and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state departments of health and local authorities at each of our corporate-owned locations.
As a result of the current environment, below are a few of the precautions we are taking at all of our Ratchet Straps USA facilities:
• Restricting all business travel
• Restricting all non-essential vendor visits and non-employee visits
• Limiting entry points for essential business partners and vendors such as cleaning services, freight providers, and VMI vendors.
• Increasing the number of hand sanitizer stations throughout our facilities
With these steps and several other safeguards put into place, we will maintain our existing day-to-day operations in support of our customers. Ratchet Straps USA’s hours at all locations will remain the same for the time being. Any changes to these hours will be posted on our official Facebook page and each location’s website that can be found at https://www.ratchetstraps.com
As this remains a very dynamic situation, we will continue to monitor the CDC guidelines and adopt additional measures as we are required, while doing our best to communicate any changes to our valued partners. We are all in this together and we will remain committed to doing our part to help protect the health of our teams, our customers, and our communities.
