RatchetStrapsUSA’s Shipping Policy

• All shipments will usually be sent out Ground UPS or FedEx unless otherwise specified. UPS and FedEx Ground transit times are 2 – 5 business days after the order ships, depending on location.
• Choosing Economy Shipping in the shopping cart will use USPS (United States Postal Service) Flat Rate or Regional Boxes. If Economy Shipping is not showing in the shipping rates list, the shipping cost has exceeded what the cheapest option for UPS and FedEx Ground options are showing for the weight of the items in your cart. Economy Shipping transit times are 4 – 8 business days after the order ships, depending on location.
• Rush delivery, such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air, is available upon request.
• We do not ship products to any PO Box unless it qualifies for Economy Shipping. (see above statements)
• If you decide to return your order, shipping costs are not refundable.

Orders of stock items or with expedited delivery options placed by 1:00 pm EST will be shipped that day. Orders of stock items or with expedited delivery option placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the following day. Custom items or non-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible. (Orders can typically be expected to be shipped within 4-5 business days during our nonbusy season and during our busy season, 5-10 business days for custom made straps).

UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS & FedEx, not by Ratchet Straps USA. Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipments can be affected by weather conditions. We do our best to help you track your product once it leaves our location.

We ARE NOT responsible for lost packages that are not shipped to you directly. We hope you understand we can not control the shipping aspect of orders that are shipped to a different address.


RatchetStrapsUSA’s Return Policy

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs involved in returning the products and shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Custom made straps are NON-RETURNABLE. Once an item has been cut and/or started the sewing process it falls under these terms.

NO RETURNS will be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery.

The buyer must notify Ratchet Straps USA of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days of product delivery.

Buyer is responsible for the following:
• Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged products after the order arrives.
• Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged, or incomplete orders.
• Obtaining signature of the carrier for lost or damaged products

If you have found a coupon code for Ratchet Straps USA on a different coupon website, it is likely expired. Ratchet Straps USA is not affiliated with coupon websites; most 3rd party coupon sites post coupon codes that their visitors have reported using in the past. This means most of the coupon codes are outdated and will no longer be valid at checkout.
